New Construction Inspection

We conduct New Construction Inspections to help verify that everything is as promised. Unfortunately, it’s common for contractors to use shortcuts or to skip part of their blueprints. With this inspection, any issues will be found so that you can report them before moving in.

11-Month Builder’s Warranty

In most cases, your Builder’s Warranty will expire in one year. Allow us to inspect your home during the 11th month to make sure everything is good. Anything that’s covered by the warranty will be disclosed, thereby making it possible to file a claim.

4-Point Inspection

If you’re purchasing an older home, the odds are high that your lender will require a 4-Point Inspection. This does not take the place of a full Buyer’s Inspection. Areas inspected included: Roof, Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing

Re-Inspection

Having your future home Re-Inspected before you commit is a wise idea. After all, sometimes things happen between the first and second inspection. Additionally, you’ll want to make sure that everything from your repair addendum was properly addressed.

Pool Inspection

Does the pool add value to your future property or is it just a money pit? We will inspect the deck, plumbing connections, pool shell, etc. This will give you the peace of mind required to open your pool!
